Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
1. Information we collect
We process account and contact details, agency and client records, advertising spend, sales figures, campaign information, reports, uploaded logos and screenshots, subscription status, and technical security logs required to operate AdsTrack.
2. How information is used
Information is used to provide tenant-isolated dashboards and reports, calculate advertising performance, authenticate users, process subscriptions, deliver service notifications, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
We also use privacy-minimised visitor analytics to understand aggregate usage, including approximate country, traffic source, device category, and page-view trends. AdsTrack does not retain raw IP addresses for this analytics feature, and anonymous visit records are deleted after 90 days.
3. Service providers and payments
AdsTrack uses service providers including Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Replit infrastructure for application hosting, databases, and private file storage. Card details are entered directly into Stripe and are not stored by AdsTrack.
With your permission, AdsTrack uses Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure advertising performance and improve campaign relevance. We may send event details, browser identifiers, IP address, user agent, and hashed account identifiers to Meta. Marketing tracking remains off unless you choose to allow it.
4. Access, security, and retention
Agency and client access is restricted by role and organisation. Private uploads are verified and served only through authorised requests. We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, billing, dispute resolution, backups, and legal compliance.
5. Your choices and contact
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable Malaysian law and legitimate retention requirements. Contact admin@adstrack.app for privacy requests.
You can allow, reject, or revisit optional Meta marketing tracking at any time using Cookie settings. Rejecting marketing tracking does not prevent you from using AdsTrack.
